ABOUT LARRY S. ELLISON
Larry was born Feb. 3, 1964, in Cloud County, Kansas, to parents who were physically, verbally, and sexually abusive to him. Through a so-called friend, he was introduced to something that has led to a chemical dependency of nearly 50 years. This addiction led Larry into some criminal behavior – shoplifting, picking pockets, and later escalating to embezzlement, running scams, and breaking into safes with key locks.
Larry had the rare presence of mind to stop these activities before he got arrested, but still struggled with addiction. It was later in life that Larry Ellison made a decision to get clean and sober so he could marry and start a family.
